SYNOPSIS

When a Special Task Force cop arrives in town to solve a murder, he shakes up the system shocking the local police with his methods. He doesn't play by the book and as effective as he is in busting criminals, the local cops begin to discover this new guy is not at all what he seems. Based on a true story.
