Ken (Corrigan) is just out of the state mental hospital, has to resort to living with his loony mother and is working a minimum wage job at the local ice-cream shop. When a killer starts targeting his former bullies, all fingers point to Ken. He must also contend with Amy, the ten-year old daughter who shows up to live with him amidst all of this intrigue.
