SYNOPSIS

Eén flatgebouw, vijftien bewoners, één sluipschutter. Een jaar nadat ze getuige waren van een moord, worden de vijftien bewoners van Tower Block 13 één voor één omgelegd door een sniper. Op hulp hoeven ze niet meer te rekenen en ontsnappen lijkt onmogelijk. Een dodelijk kat en muisspel begint.
