  • Actionreloaded.com: A must-watch for fans of adrenaline-fueled action films. With its powerhouse performances, expert direction, and a gripping storyline, this movie is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
  • Movieweb.com: A deeply engaging character driven story that will have audiences on the edge of their seat. The Channel is bolstered by powerful performances throughout, resulting in an action-packed, bank heist movie thriller, and is not to miss.
  • Thehollywoodoutsider.com: Through blood, violence, and probably more than 3.000 rounds of ammunition per person, The Channel takes the traditional heist formula to another level: fully automatic guns, sulfuric acid, heart-pounding action sequences that last 5-10 minutes, and a blend of family drama. This mission is a non-stop, exhilarating thrill ride.
  • Amovieguy.com: The Channel is an intense and non-stop piece of action, continuing to remind us that when a heist movie is done right, there is nothing else like it.
  • Spectrumculture.com: Kaufman drops the audience directly into a heavily-armed bank robbery and spends the next near half-hour showing why he’s the DTV king of tactical action.
  • Hmuncut.com: high-octane action and impressive display of firepower.
  • Trueviewreviews.com: The action sequences are excellent. There is outstanding choreography, and the military dialogue sounds on point.
  • Voicesfromthebalcony.com: The Channel is the kind of film that deserves to have been picked up by a company like Lionsgate and given the theatrical/digital/hard copy release they give the half-assed thrillers they seem to specialize in these days.

Reviews
  • Blueprintreview.co.uk: The visuals are slick (the flick has a cool dark future vibe), Kaufman wrings some welcome tension out of proceedings, and there is a great opening sequence following the Jupiter 1 satellite as it makes its way through the galaxy. But action is the name of the game here and its quality stuff, Kaufman and his crew squeezing creative energy out of the multiple humans vs aliens firefights. Great to see Kaufman applying his style/knack for action to sci-fi and Osiris is a good introduction to his films if one has not yet checked them out. Good fun.
  • Filmhounds.co.uk: Osiris delivers a mostly exciting viewing experience that will likely resonate with fans of classic, action-packed science fiction. From the outset, the film successfully captures a familiar yet fresh sense of sci-fi adventure. While the film's commitment to high-octane sequences could be an issue for some, it cannot be denied that it provides a constant rush of adrenaline that keeps you engaged from beginning to end.
  • Gazettely.com: Max Martini carries the role of the squad leader with a commanding, weary presence that anchors the chaos around him. He projects a believable mix of grim determination and exhaustion. he film’s most recognizable face is Linda Hamilton, whose appearance feels like a delightful nod to sci-fi history.
  • TheGuardian.com: More enjoyable than all but the most skillfully rendered digital efforts.
  • Toisto.net: A surprisingly inventive and charming sci-fi-actioner. Other delights include a wonderfully hammy Linda Hamilton as a Russian special ops fighter stranded inside the alien ship, one fantastic set piece at the end, and a gruffly appealing leading performance from Max Martini, who appears to be having a ball.
  • Starburstmagazine.com: Osiris is actually fitfully entertaining in a relentless fashion. The endless gunfights are well staged and the alien design does the job of meeting the demands of the story.
